Feasibility Study
Feasibility studies ascertain the economic feasibility or the suitability of a location or market for a project, a renovation or a repositioning.
The  overall objective of this study is to:
  • Conduct option analysis to properly assess the range of development opportunities available such as hotel, residential and serviced residence or other (retail, office);
  • Recommend which of the options is the best solution in terms of financial returns, viability on a long term basis;
  • Recommend steps to implement in carrying out the recommended option
