Background Before founding Nova Asset Management, Alexandre has held successive executive roles across Europe and Asia with multi-national organizations including Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Covivio Hotels, Boutique Corporation and TCC-Asset World (ThaiBev Group). During his previous roles, he has built a proven trackrecord on multi-billion USD hotels portfolios (owned, leased and managed) including a $ 2bn hotel-portfolio (150 Accor hotels). His scope of responsibilities included management or lease agreements negotiation, branding/ rebranding strategies and development and renovation projects. Alexandre also benefits from a wide experience in investment/divestment transactions including deal sourcing, structuring, due diligence and deal execution. Originally from France, Alexandre holds a Master’s degree from Centrale Paris School. Expertise During his successive positions in Real Estate Development, Asset Management and Hotel Operation, Alexandre has successfully developed, operated, acquired or rebranded hotels managed by Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Intercontinental, Accor and other major international operators, representing a cumulated value of over USD 4 billion. Background Frederic started his hospitality career with the Accor Group in France, and he is based in Thailand since 2004. Prior to joining NOVA Asset Management, he has developed strong operational skills with Accor from the Ibis Budget brand, up to the luxury Sofitel brand until he became the youngest General Manager for Accor at that time. Frederic has also been involved in the setup of several Food & beverage businesses, including partnerships with Michelin Star Chefs, and the launch of a fast-expending restaurant group in Thailand. During his latest period at BHMAsia as Senior Vice President, Frederic has participated to develop the company from being a Thai-based Boutique operator with 6 resorts to becoming a regional operator with a current portfolio & pipeline of nearly 50 properties in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Australia, with 3 brands X2, X2 Vibe & Away. His involvement led to the acquisition of the group by Austrialian listed company Flight Center Travel Group in 2017. Expertise With nearly 20 years’ experience working in the industry, Frederic has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of hotel operations and development both in Thailand and Europe, from the concept and branding stage to opening and day-to-day operations. Background Xavier has spent most of his career with Accor, holding different roles in 3 different continents. His last position, prior to joining Nova, was COO at Tauzia Hotel Management, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of Indonesia's complex market. Having been General Manager of hotels ranging from 50 to 700 rooms, he is as comfortable with 2 stars products as he is with luxury properties. He has an extensive experience in hotel openings, having opened more than 70 properties under his direct supervision, both in cities and resort destinations His career is equally shared between Europe and Asia, where he held successive executive roles in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Expert in all hotel operation modes (management, franchise, lease) he has a comprehensive understanding of large organizations as well as smaller local operators. Expertise Beside his solid operation background, Xavier has spent 9 years as SVP Human Resources at Accor, which gave him a strong expertise in both recruitment (he has directly recruited more than 100 hotels' GMs) and organizations set up. Furthermore, having managed hotels in busy cities like Paris, Brussels, Bangkok, Singapore or Jakarta, he has developed an extensive knowledge of Global Distribution and Revenue Management.
